SpiraTeam and Rapise

I'm currently evaluating Rapise for use with SpiraTeam and need to understand what port the Rapise/SpiraTeam applications communicate over so that I can have access granted in our organisation's firewall.

Is it a fixed port number and, if so, what is it?

Hi Peter

Rapise communicates with SpiraTeam using whatever web port you specify in the SpiraTeam URL (usually 443 if HTTPS or 80 if HTTP).

All of the communication originates from Rapise, so no firewall changes are needed on the machines running Rapise.
