New incident two emails

Dear Inflectra Support Team,

I have a problem when I create a new incident.
When I create an incident it sends me two emails.
First is the "New Incident" email, second is about there is a comment for this new inc.
I think that the system use the incident description field as a comment, thats why it sends an second email.

I work with lot of incidents and I have to save the "New Incident" email so this is a very annoying problem.
I can solve the problem if I turn off the email notification about the comments, but when I do this the system do not send me emails about the real comments.

The SpiraTeam version: 4.2.0.10

Hi Kozma

The comments field is actually different to the Description, is the comments box underneath the main description field.

You might want to try upgrading to v5.0 as we've fixed a lot of the notification quirks in v4.x.
