Email Notification Template - include latest comments

I would like to be able to include the latest comment on an incident or task in the notification template.  It would be great if ${Comments} was exposed as a property that we could include.

This should be available right now. If you don't find that it's working for you, make sure you're running v3.1 patch 15 or later.

so the declaration like that ${Comments}.  If so what does it return - All the comments or is there one for the latest comment.

This is an undocumented feature BTW.
