Export Workflows to another Project

I have an enhancement request. We are fairly new to SpiraTeam (4 months in) and we are continuing to learn and evolve our processes. 

With that comes updating workflows. This is a painful process.  Since we have multiple projects, it also means updating workflows in multiple projects, which multiplies the pain. It would be ideal if we could either have a central library of workflows that multiple projects to, but another option is the ability to export a workflow from one project to another (like we can with other data).
