Hello,
Please how can I set up an email notification to testers when a test has been assigned to them i.e the testers should be notified that a test has been assigned to a tester.

Go to the Email Notifications, create a new notification and have it be triggered when the "Owned By" field changes for a Test Set. Then set the "Owner" to be the person who gets notified.
