Hi,
with the new Basline feature, is there a way to create a list of all the data that the artifacts had at the time the Baseline was created (description, comments, status,...)? Do I have to create a report? If so, do you have more information on this subject than this article https://www.inflectra.com/Support/KnowledgeBase/KB550.aspx because these reports don't include all these informations.

Not in the current version. What you are asking for is still being developed, and should be available in a few upcoming major releases.
