Import and Export problems with special chars and fields

I have experienced some problems using the Import/Export template:

1 - When import from Spira, the special chars like "ç, á, ã" are lost in the Excel. A word like "integrações" become

"integraes" in the import.

2 - When import from Spira, the TYPE and IMPORTANCE fields are not imported, they become blank.

3 - New values added to fields of type list are not made available in the template and consequently are not possible to be uploaded. Example: I have added new possible value for requirement type, but in the Excel template it is not possible to select that new value and consequently to upload to Spira.

Please use the newer Excel365 extension instead.

If  you still have issues, please could you log a help desk ticket.

Hi,

But I don´t have Excel365 in my PC. Or are you suggesting to use that template even with Excel 2010 ?
