Timeouts on webpage and error message in application Log RSS Feed

Hi all

We are using Spirateam V3.2 hosted on a Windows Server 2003 with IIS 6.0

Some users have sometimes problems to work with spirateam. When they try to connect to the webpage or to work in spirateam they get timeouts... (Firefox and IE)

On the webserver in the Application Event Log we have several errors:

APPLICATION.Business.User::UpdateLastOpenedProject:
Database foreign key violation occurred [APPLICATION.Business.DataAccessForeignKeyException]
The UPDATE statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_PROJECT_USER". The conflict occurred in database "SpiraTeam", table "dbo.TST_PROJECT", column 'PROJECT_ID'.
The statement has been terminated. [System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException]

Stack Trace:
   at APPLICATION.Business.DataAccess.ExecuteNonQuery(String sqlCommand, Boolean useParam)
   at APPLICATION.Business.UserManager.UpdateLastOpenedProject(Int32 userId, Int32 lastOpenedProjectId)

I have no idea if the errors have something to do with the timeouts or not...

Please could you make sure that you're on the latest patch for v3.2 (currently patch 009) that should fix the error messages you're seeing. If not, please send a ticket to support@inflectra.com so that we can investigate further for you.

Regarding the timeouts, please refresh the database indexes and that should address the issue (see https://www.inflectra.com/Support/FAQs.aspx?productId=3#technical07).
