Please could you make sure that you're on the latest patch for v3.2 (currently patch 009) that should fix the error messages you're seeing. If not, please send a ticket to support@inflectra.com so that we can investigate further for you.
Regarding the timeouts, please refresh the database indexes and that should address the issue (see https://www.inflectra.com/Support/FAQs.aspx?productId=3#technical07).
