Hi Inflectra Support team,
whatever the product, the pricing is based on concurrent access rate. My question is the following in Spira (whatever the product), when someone log in, does it exist cases where according to the profile it can take more then one token .....In some other product from the market, we have this that can happen.
According to me , it is not the case with Inflectra product. but can you confirm please
I'm not sure I understand the question, I would log a support ticket to get clarity.
In general, Spira uses concurrent licenses not named users.
A user can be logged in for more than one location with the 50+ concurrent user license and not for the lower-level license.
Hi David
trying to be more clear in my question :-)......In an other product, according to your profile, you can use more then one token during one connection from one computer......A developer profile was using up to 8 token when he was making just one connection meanwhile a tester was using only one token. There for if you have a licence for 50 tokens, according to who connect, you couldn't have more simultaneously connected then 8 people if there were developper meanwhile up to 50 if they were tester....
My question is to know in Inflectra products this phenomenon can happen ?
Regards
Hugues
