Requirements Filter not working

When on the Requirements screen, if I type in a value (Ex. 'battery') for 'Requirement Name' in the Filter section and <enter> it, I'm not seeing 'like' filter on just the Requirement name itself.  I'm seeing Requirement names that don't have 'battery' in the name at all.  It appears that it's also pulling from the Requirement Description.  Is this a defect?

I'm seeing the same type of issue when I do a Reporting | Requirements Summary Report, and type in a value for 'Requirement Name' (Ex. 'battery' - just wanting to see battery in Requirement Name).  I'm seeing Requirement Summary Reports for stuff other than 'battery' in the Name.  This also goes for other Reports like

This is working as designed. If you enter text in the name filter box, it will filter on both the name and description fields.
