Jenkins Plugin Fails To Connect

Whenever I try to test the connection from Jenkins(latest version) to SpiraTeam v3.2, I get an error:

Here's the error:

Error connecting to SpiraTeam: Error sending results to SpiraTest server (Failed to access the WSDL at: http://myserver.com/SpiraTeam/Services/v3_0/ImportExport.svc?WSDL. It failed with:
Got http://myserver.com/SpiraTeam/Services/v3_0/ImportExport.svc?WSDL while opening stream from http://myserver.com/SpiraTeam/Services/v3_0/ImportExport.svc?WSDL.)

If I point my browser to  http://myserver.com/SpiraTeam/Services/v3_0/ImportExport.svc?WSDL the WSDL displays successfully in the browser.

Any suggestions?

Hi Greg

Do you connect to SpiraTeam using a proxy server? Is Jenkins connecting with a proxy server? This is the usual reason for it failing.

If that doesn't explain the problem, please submit a help desk ticket so that we can better assist you.

Regards

Adam

SpiraTeam is behind a reverse proxy server and Jenkins is running under Tomcat direct via port 8080. What's the solution?

Issue is resolved. I bypassed the proxy server and pointed directly to the SpiraTeam URL.
