More suggestions to SpiraTeam

Hi all,

We have new suggestions to SpiraTeam:

It would be good to create a Test Case from a Bug. Tester adds a bug then he can write a Test Case in order to verify the bug
TFSSync could sync attachments between SpiraTeam and TFS and viceversa.
