Incident reports linked to test cases?

The help documentation says that incident reports are linked to the test cases but there isn't any information that I can see in the incident reports that mentions the test case number under which the incident was generated. How do I turn this feature on?

If you choose the "Incident Associations" and "Requirement Associations" option in the Incident Detailed Report, it will display the list of Test Runs association with the Incident. However this displays the Test Run (TR0000XX) number not the Test Case (TC0000XXX) number.
