incident edit button not available for some roles RSS Feed

we have configured a user role having the permission to edit incident (insert/update)

the role has no admin permission, the edit button doesn't appear on the right site in the incident list.

Whereas When we login in as project owner the button appear, the button is useful editing quickly a lot of several incident without go into the incident editor each time, it should be available whenever the actual role has update permissions

The use of the bulk-edit is currently limited to the Project Owner role for Incidents because this function can potentially bypass the workflow rules (i.e. certain fields being required at certain statuses).
