we have configured a user role having the permission to edit incident (insert/update)
the role has no admin permission, the edit button doesn't appear on the right site in the incident list.
Whereas When we login in as project owner the button appear, the button is useful editing quickly a lot of several incident without go into the incident editor each time, it should be available whenever the actual role has update permissions
