Workflow Edit RSS Feed

  I edited a workflow that was in use, it is now not working properly.  Many of the connections are no longer there.  Added a new step between New and Resolved, however neither the new step or the Resolved step shows up.  Is there a way to force it to use the new version of the workflow?

Hi Sarah

You need to make sure that the requirement, incident or task type that you're using is actually pointing to that workflow (under Administration > Incidents > Edit Types for incidents).
