MultiList Custom Field Used in Test Cases - Option to use "AND" rather than "OR"?

Looking at the MultiList and how it works in the Test Case page filter row, if you include more than one item to be filtered by, the list shown is Item1 OR Item2.  Is there a way to turn that multilist into an "AND" when using it in a filter?  So that the list shown would include entries that matched Item1 AND Item2?

The rationale behind this is that we have multiple workflows in our product and one test case can cover several of them.  Since there is not a built in way to cover that, we are using a multilist and checking which workflows the test case covers.  This makes it easier to find the desired test cases when making a test set.  The problem comes when trying to find test cases that touch both workflow1 AND workflow2.  The standard "OR" feature gives us a larger list we have to hunt through to get the results we want.  Using "AND" would give us the exact results we want right away.

If there is not a way, can this be considered for future releases?  A drop-down when configuring the Custom Properties or something would be good..
