Do SpiraTest provide callback API that can be invoked by auto test tools?

Yes, there is a SOAP web services API that provides several functions for recording automated test results into the system (e.g. TestRun_RecordAutomated1,2,3) - see https://www.inflectra.com/SpiraDemo/Services/v3_0 for the online documentation.

Also in https://www.inflectra.com/SpiraTest/Downloads.aspx there are add-ons for various languages (e.g. Python, Ruby, Perl, Java, ,NET, etc.) that wrap that API in a native function so it's easier to use in your code.
