Actual Duration in Test Run

Hi, we have a test set and test run where the Actual Duration appears to be averaging for each test. If you look at an individual test, you can see the start and stop time adds up to 6 minutes for example, but the actual duration is recorded as 19 minutes. Is this a bug? Is there a setting I need to change?
