How to import the excel test case with pictures in the steps?

Hi, our team sucessfully used the MS-Excel Add-in template for importing test cases. 

The test steps included images.  Some were added in the Expected Result column, and others were added in the Sample Data column.  All imported without any issues.

Is there special instruction to use MS-Excel Add-in template with  test steps included images? Our image is in the test step description section. After I imported test cases, the images just disappeared, not in the step description column.

By the way, I put image in the same cell with the step description text when importing.

Your images may be too large. I know that if you try manually adding an image in either of the test step description areas they require a URL/link to the image.

I would wait for someone from Inflectra to give you a definite answer.
