Every time I move to the tests tab I get a loading message that won't go away. I think it may be linked to this error:

It sounds like you have an IIS configuration issue causing the ASP.NET AJAX web services to not load correctly. Can you try hitting the URL http://spiratest.synergyhealthplc.com/Services/Ajax/RequirementsService.svc and send us a screenshot of what's displayed.
