I am trying to run a test on a Remote Host that I have ran in the passed. I have never had issues with this host or with this specific test but now when i attempt to run it, the test case never initiates, it tells me that it is blocked and I get the following error in the log:
Script Execution Report====== ========= ======g_bit=64g_ProductionorTest=Productiong_VersionMajor=11g_VersionMinor=0g_VersionRelease=13g_VersionXBuild=100======= ======System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040154): Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {2C4B4FA1-ABAA-4910-ACC0-9E925EF20D55} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)). at System.RuntimeTypeHandle.CreateInstance(RuntimeType type, Boolean publicOnly, Boolean noCheck, Boolean& canBeCached, RuntimeMethodHandleInternal& ctor, Boolean& bNeedSecurityCheck) at System.RuntimeType.CreateInstanceSlow(Boolean publicOnly, Boolean skipCheckThis, Boolean fillCache, StackCrawlMark& stackMark) at System.RuntimeType.CreateInstanceDefaultCtor(Boolean publicOnly, Boolean skipCheckThis, Boolean fillCache, StackCrawlMark& stackMark) at System.Activator.CreateInstance(Type type, Boolean nonPublic) at System.Activator.CreateInstance(Type type) at Inflectra.Rapise.RapiseLauncher.Business.Rapise.GetSmarteStudioEnginePath() at Inflectra.Rapise.RapiseLauncher.Business.Rapise.GetSmarteStudioPath() at Inflectra.Rapise.RapiseLauncher.Business.Rapise.ResolvePath(String path) at Inflectra.Rapise.RapiseLauncher.Business.Rapise.TestExecute(AutomatedTestRun automatedTestRun, String path, Dictionary`2 parameters, Boolean captureScreenshots, TestResult& result) at Inflectra.Rapise.RapiseLauncher.Business.Rapise.ExecuteTest(AutomatedTestRun automatedTestRun, String testPath, Dictionary`2 parameters, Boolean captureScreenshots)
Do you have any idea what could be causing this? Thanks in advance.
Hi Thomas
I would try the "Repair" option in Control Panel since I think one of the DLLs has gotten unregistered somehow?
Thanks
Jim
