Hi Bert

The Test Run reports only show test case executions not the test cases themselves (a Test Run cannot be "Not Run"), so filtering by Execution Status = Not Run will always show an empty report. You need to use the Test Case or Test Set reports if you want to see statistics about the number of test cases that have been run vs. not-run.

On creating a Test Run Summary Report or Test Run Detailed Report one can enter a filter for Execution status.
Independent of the selected filter test cases that are not run do not appear in the report.
If only Not run is selected for execution status an empty report is created. While the test set contains test cases Passed, Failed an Not run
