For the past couple of months we've experienced a major issue where the positioning of cards on the planning board is not retained within sprints. The prioritization of user stories is key to ensuring the most important stories are addressed first. Has anyone else experienced this issue and is there a setting or a fix to resolve this issue?

Yes, we logged a support issue a couple of months ago. This is a critical issue; my team is now having to use pen and paper to capture the desired story completion order because the position of the user stories keeps moving.
