Deleting users is not recommended as you will usually have some legacy attachment to them. Users can be made inactive instead via the admin page.

Why do you need to delete them?

We need to delete users because we originally made an import from HP QC and we have plenty of unused users.

Is there a way to do it directly from DB ?

Yes you can actually do it through the database by deleting the row from the TST_USER table (assuming that it's not linked to other items)
