Airport Assistance for Elderly Passengers

Hello. My elderly mother will soon be flying alone through a large international airport, and I am trying to arrange support for the whole airport process. She can walk without a wheelchair, but long terminals, passport control, baggage claim, and finding the correct exit can be tiring and confusing for her. I will not be able to travel with her, so I would like someone to meet her near the arrival gate, remain with her during the formalities, help with her suitcase, and take her to the waiting driver.
