Pre-conditions for test steps

I want to assign each test step a precondition. For example, that data needs to meet certain requirements. But I have found no corresponding field in SpiraTest. Where are the pre-conditions to be entered?Thank you.

Typically we recommend that you either enter them in the main Test Case description box or instead add them as text custom properties on the test case.
