bulk change of 'Execution Status'

I have a suite of 5,000 test cases for an upcoming product (that is currently in pre-Alpha development).  Some of the test cases are ready to be run... because the functionality is "in".  But a good number of the test cases cannot be run at this time.

For reasons that I won't get into here, our team has agreed that we would like to include all 5,000 test cases in a test run... and simply mark them as Pass, Fail or Blocked (Blocked for the features that have yet to be implemented).  I would expect that about 3,500 of the test cases will be marked as 'Blocked' initially.

I would like to be able to multi-select the test cases and then mark them all as 'Blocked' in one operation.  But I can't seem to figure out how to due a bulk change of the 'Execution Status' field.  It is easy to bulk change things like 'Owner' and 'Active'... but is it possible to bulk execute tests?

There is not a way to bulk change execution status (like the owner and active fields) because that's actually derived from the test runs associated with the test case. The easiest way to bulk execute lots of test cases is to use the SpiraTest Excel Add-In that allows you to import a group of test cases and execute them all at once, then post the results back to SpiraTest. You can download the Excel Add-In from https://www.inflectra.com/SpiraTest/Downloads.aspx
