Custom view for test execution

How do I customize the view while executing test cases? I want to be able to see some of custom properties for both, test cases and test steps, at this stage. I am currently only able to see the Test Case description in test case detaiols section...

That is currently not possible, however it is an open change request that we're tracking.

For those reading this in 2024, test execution now supports multiple views:

Split View
Table View
Mini View

It also supports displaying custom properties in the execution window.
