Exporting Test Cases from one project to Multiple Projects at once?

We are in the process of trying to determine the best way to implement Spira Test in our organization. Our current investigation is taking us to create a Generic Project to store the Test Cases and then create Customer Specific Project for Subsets (it seems that projects by Customer is a must if we want to use Jira plug-in as our Jira is set up as Projects By Customer)

The idea is we would maintain the Generic Project and the Project Teams would maintain the Customer Specific. If we add a generic Test Case that we know will be common to all Customers can we Export from Generic Project to all the projects at the same time or do we really need to do this Project by Project

Unfortunately the only way right now is to export it project by project. I've logged it as an enhancement request though... :-)
