Unable to update status manually once status is marked pass/fail by automated test run RSS Feed

We are facing one issue i.e. when automated test run has marked test case as pass or fail, we are not able to manually change status of test case after that.
for example:
1. My test case TC001 was marked fail by automated test run.
2. Now, If I want to now pass TC001 manually, then it is not possible right now. We are performing following steps to change status
- Select Test Case
- Click check box next to test case and Click on Execute Test Case
- After that, do PASS ALL
- Finish

Even after performing above mentioned steps test case status remain same, as that was earlier.

FYI....we are not using test sets

Could you please confirm where the issue is?

Hi Gulshan

Most likely you need to execute the test case either with the same Release or Test Set that the automated test was executed with (it depends on which screen and view you're looking at). If that doesn't work, please log a help-desk ticket with screenshots.
