New project settings

1. We create a new project and choose "Create a project based on an existing one" together with choosing an existing  project. We’ve got custom properties in -- Show/hide columns – drop-down list but don’t have them in grid together with predefined fields. Is it possible to create a project that would inherit all custom properties settings?
2. Is it possible for new user in current project to see all the custom properties that were set by admins or other users (I mean not only in ddl but already in grid)? If so, we’d be very grateful if you helped with this  settings.)
