Hi,
In spiratest we have a default project template holding all necessary workflow settings and ohter configuration stuff. Every time we start with a new project, the project setup is taken from the this default project template.
So basically all our projects in spiratest are using the same workflows. For some of the workflows we need to apply some changes , but I 've noticed that you have to modify the workflows per project. Is there a way to modify the workflow once e.g. in the default project template and have them applied in all other projects making use of the same workflow?
Thanks
Kind Regards
Nico
Now it is possible.
Create new project, define all workflows for all artifacts, name the project Template_project and when it's done, set the project inactive (it will not be in the project choose list).
Then when creating new project, you can use the Template_project use as a base for new creating project and all template_project workflow settings will be added to it.
I know projects can be created from a template project, but I believe the original question concerned pushing out updates to the template project that would apply to all projects created from it. The functionality we would like is to not have to update each project individually once created, is that available or still being considered?
