Password Recovery

Hello,

Immediately after the installation of SpiraTestPlanTeam-v3.1.0.0 we were successfully able to login with user "Administrator" and password "PleaseChange".

Three days later we are no longer able to access the system with the same user / password.

How can we log in to the system now?

Please send a support ticket through the help desk (Support > Help Desk) and we can send back a SQL command for resetting the database. We cannot post the code in this forum for security reasons.
