Export to project

If I want to export the whole structure to other project, let's say: test cases (I already know the custom props won't be exported...) + requirements + association between tcs and reqs + attachment associations, what is the best practice for this? In my case I want to split huge project into number of smaller.

I would make multiple copies of the entire project and then just delete (and purge) the items that you don't need. That would be the easiest way.
