    We are pleased to accounce the release of SpiraTest v2.0, the latest version of our powerful requirements and test management platform. This new version uses AJAX web technology to provide a more streamlined user interface. In addition, the new version includes additional functionality to manage requirements and test cases, such as bulk editing, cross-project copying and drag-and-drop ordering.

  • March 10th, 2008 - Adapter for HP® QuickTest Pro® Now Available

    Using this adapter you can use SpiraTest in conjunction with the QuickTest Pro automated functional testing system. Instead of having to manually track the results of a test run, you can simply execute the automated QuickTest Pro tests and have the results report back to SpiraTest seamlessly.   • February 27th, 2008 - SpiraTest v1.5.1 Released

    Building upon the success of the powerful SpiraTest platform, this version provides adds project task management, allowing requirements and releases to be decomposed into iterations and tasks. In addition it provides the ability to link artifacts to each other, pause incomplete test runs, and customize the project and user dashboards to enhance information targeting. All of the data elements in the module are now customizable, and each type of defect can be assigned its own customizable workflow from inception to resolution.   • September 4th, 2007 - SpiraTest v1.3.2 Released

    This release corrects limitations in SpiraTest v1.3.1 that restricted the size of rich-text description fields. The fields have now been extended to contain unlimited characters. In addition, this version provides full Unicode support for extended non-Latin character sets, better database support for regions with different sorting collations, and more robust handling of international date formats.

  • August 27th, 2007 - SpiraTest v1.3.1 Released

    Building upon the success of the powerful SpiraTest platform, this version expands the reporting functionality to allow customization and filtering of the different report types. In addition, the reports can now be exported into Microsoft Word or Excel formats as well as being viewed in HTML.

You can now use SpiraTest in conjunction with the JUnit and NUnit automated testing frameworks as well as export incidents into the JIRA® issue tracking system. In addition, you can now view the change history of all artifacts in the system and more easily enter test steps in the system.
