Following the steps from the manual we are unable to get the Spira app from the Jira marketplace to work.Also the one review it got, states they had to contact support to get it solved.Are there perhaps limitations to the "SpiraDataSync" User, that it can only be used towards one instance of synching?
It would be nice to get some more information regarding how to properly set it up :)

I would first check to make sure you have allowed external API REST API access in the Security Settings (CORS Allowed Domains).
If that doesn't work, please log a support ticket so that we can better assist?
