Unable to get list of plugins to execute

Running an evaluation of spiratest at the moment, and trying to get jira sync running.
Last week before I had the data mappings, I was getting all the way through to it telling me I had bad mappings. Now that I have the mappings in and configured, When I start the sync service the app log gives me a different error, not even getting that far:

Unable to get a list of Plugins to execute (the session was not authenticated, please call Connection_authenticate() method first)

Ideas on where to start troubleshooting this?
Thanks in Advance!

That error means that the user that the DataSync is configured to use (configured in DataSync.exe.config file) cannot log on to SpiraTeam. Check the user/password and verify the user's enabled in SpiraTeam, and you should be set to go.

Ya, I did change the password to match LDAP. Thanks for the quick head check!
