Doesn't import test cases into spira using a plugin

I want to export test cases to spira using a plugin, but every time I get a message of this format “import/export of 0 rows successfully completed”. I am using Microsoft office 13 and the latest version of the plugin. Tried reinstalling Microsoft office and plugin. I tried to export different test cases.
