Error in Inflectra Mail Integration

Hi all,

Some days ago, I configured Inflectra Mail Integration and it was working correctly. But now I get this error:

Inflectra.KronoDesk.Service.Email.Service.PollThread::TimerEvent():

Sequence contains more than one element [System.InvalidOperationException]

at System.Linq.Enumerable.SingleOrDefault[TSource](IEnumerable`1 source)

at Inflectra.KronoDesk.Service.Email.Service.PollThread.processSpiraAccount(Pop3Client clientPOP3, AccountDetails account, ApplicationSystem appServer)

at Inflectra.KronoDesk.Service.Email.Service.PollThread.TimerEvent(Object state)

What is happen?

Hi Rafael

It looks like it may be an issue with more than one Spira account having the same email address. Could this be the case?

If so, can you please log a help desk ticket so that we can get it resolved.
