HRESULT:0x800AC472 Error when trying to import/Export

Hey guys, has anyone else seen this:

When trying to use the importer/exporter we will occasionally see the following error:

“Error During Import/Export

Exception from HRESULT:0x800AC472”

My google-fu tells me it's an excel error but I'm not sure what steps to take to correct the error or prevent it's recurrence.

Hi Tonja

That specific HRESULT usually means that Excel is 'busy' and is simply unable to respond to a specific event.

Normally just retrying the import/export will be sufficient for it to go away...
