Hi,

I have a question regarding the integration of KronoDesk with SpiraTeam:
Is it possible to add custom fields to either SpiraTeam or KronoDesk for Ticket ID (TK#), KronoDesk Ticket Type for example? It would be helpful if in SpiraTeam it is visible where the incident originally came from.

Hi Yvette

It's not currently possible I'm afraid. However we have logged this as a future enhancement for the integration between the two systems.
