Yes, TestExecute 14 is available. The TestExecute 14 plugin DLLs are included with the TestComplete 14 installation. As a general rule, you should always use the TestExecute version that matches your mymilestonecard TestComplete version to ensure compatibility.

you upgraded your TestComplete test suites, you should ensure that your TestExecute version matches your new TestComplete version.

The TestComplete documentation strongly recommends using the same version of TestComplete and TestExecute for your test creation and execution environments. 

Projects created in a later TestComplete version (like the one you upgraded to) often fail when run with an older TestExecute version (like the one that only supports TestComplete12 plugins).
