Setting maximum file size for uploaded attachments

Is this possible? I could not find any setting for this on the Project or Admin level. 

We fear that some users may be tempted to upload huge files to Spiraplan instead of using a fileshare and just add a reference. It would be nice to prevent the worst excesses by a setting to limit how large your uploads can be.
