Anybody else having trouble getting the Excel Plug-In to work with SpiraPlan last couple of weeks?
Getting Add-In Error as soon as its launched. (no other prompt)
(Already tried most everything to see if I can get around it but couldn't)
Please log a support ticket and include screenshots of what you are seeing.
We are not seeing any general errors with the Excel Plugin.
Please make sure you save your API token first:

It looks like the 2023 SSL certificate was not correctly applied to one of our servers.
Please try it again now.
