Can an Incident Workflow have a step which creates a new object of a different type? The example we're discussing would most likely be a Requirement. If we create an Issue in a Incident Workflow we would like to have a step that would then create a new Requirement in the current product. Is this possible?
Not currently for incidents.
You can use the requirements workflow and at specific points it can auto-generate tasks.
You can use the button in the Incident > Association panel to create a requirement from the incident, but it is not automatic, it's user initiated.
