Manual Steps feature in Rapise

Even if my Rapise is not connected to SpiraTeam, when I am clicking on 'Manual Steps' button to write manual test cases it is asking to connect with Spira Server. Is there anyway we can use this feature without Rapise being connected to Spira Server? Check the screenshot attached.

For the Manual Steps feature, you do need to be connected to SpiraTeam (unlike the automated testing features).
