Unable to pull report from report tab. Details are blank

Hi Team,

I tried pulling report from reporting tab but it is blank. I tried all the option of multiple selection of fields still the issue is same. All my defects I can see in tracking tab. I want to pull defect report in excel. Please guide over it.

I would recommend logging a help desk ticket with a screenshot containing the filter options you selected in the report configuration screen.
