Testing notification templates: "No artifacts of that type exist in the system..." RSS Feed

I receive an

"No artifacts of that type exist in the system. Please make sure at least one artifact type exists before trying to send a test email."

although there are a couple of artifacts in the list. Observed on incident, tasks an requirments are OK.?

I'm not sure what's causing that. Are you on the latest patch for v3.1. If so, then I'd recommend sending in a support ticket to our help desk with details.
