Hi,
is it possible in Spiratest, to include screenshots in Expected Result and/or Sampe Data section. I know there is " Add Image" possibility, but this requires entering an URL to an image. This is not what I mean. I mean being able to copy/paste the image and/or upload a local image file (png/jpg).

You just need to paste the image from the clipboard into the rich text editor and it will handle it correctly.

The customer created a support ticket. The root cause of the problem was that he had an old version of Spira.
we are using Spiratest 4.2. I have noticed that pasting images from Firefox browser is supported. Is this issue Chrome browser related, or is this related to the outdated Spiratest version we use?
Please advice.
I think it's a combination. At the time that SpiraTeam 4.2 was current, pasting screenshots worked well with all browsers. You're having trouble with SpiraTeam 4.2 and Chrome 58, which is very new. Apparently the new version of Chrome doesn't work with Spira 4.2. That's why I recommended that you upgrade to the latest version of SpiraTeam.
