I want to set up an email notification to send an email to the owner of an Incident Report when a comment is added, this seems straightforward via the Notification Events menu but despite adding it the emails are not firing, any ideas?
Just to clarify all other emails are being sent ok, i.e. creating an Incident, changing status etc.
Yes actually in v3.1 comments will work in email notifications, and we are planning to make them work for event notification firing as well, but that MAY get pushed back due to the language features being added in v3.1.
